Philosophy of Music Education
Music is everywhere and I believe everyone should have the opportunity to experience a quality education in one of life's oldest traditions. Music lessons at the Musical Mind Piano Studio include history, theory, technique, and performance. All of which lead to a lifetime enjoyment of music.
Each student has different needs, but the basic principle in all music lessons at the Musical Mind Piano Studio is the same: I would like to see the student reach their highest potential at whatever level of commitment - whether it be for the hobbyist, adult student or the six-year old aspiring concert pianist. In each situation, this includes THE THREE P's: practice, patience and parent (family) participation and support. Success is assured with all three of these active elements, leading the parents, student AND teacher to be proud of this musical investment of lifetime enjoyment.
